They are visionary entrepreneurs who don’t have the time or specialized skills to execute their ideas on their own. They come to Savi Global to get their business ideas off the ground and into the great, wide world.
We like to keep things simple, straightforward, and focused. Our approach lets you get to work on your new venture while we spend our time creating value for your new business.
At the beginning of a project, we meet with you for an initial kick-off meeting where we set our project scope and timeline. We’ll come prepared with a list of things we’ll need from you to get started. (For example, if we’re writing a start-up business plan for you, we’ll ask you for pertinent info such as type of business, location, what you think makes you different, etc.) We’ll also come with our own proposition for accelerating the growth of your business venture.
At our first meeting, we also schedule a mid-point check-in and a final delivery date. The mid-point check-in serves as a progress update where you can review our work and ask questions. At final delivery, we present the completed project.
A project could span several months (e.g., if we’re managing your product launch), or it could last 2 weeks (e.g., if we’re writing your E-2 Visa business plan). Whatever the duration, we supplement our 3-point delivery process with regular updates throughout the life of the project. Our clients love the way we keep them informed of our work as the project progresses. Our brief, organized updates deliver peace-of-mind and reassurance that everything is on track and being taken care of.

We love meeting our clients in-person, but it’s not always cost-effective. Because we serve clients with headquarters all over the west coast, we use tools that give us the flexibility to meet with clients from anywhere, in any timezone. Zoom, Skype, and FaceTime are some of our favorites. We also use a regular phone from time to time. Oh yes, and we’re big on sending updates and progress reports by email.
We strive to surpass our clients’ expectations. It is in our nature to deliver services of exceptional quality. If we’re not doing that, we want to know. As part of our process at Savi Global, we ask our clients to complete a short survey following project completion. This helps us ensure we continue to deliver premium services and gives us the opportunity to talk to you about ways to improve our processes.
